Since 2006, SAM & Eggs has united our community over breakfast to celebrate the mission and impact of Samaritan Ministries. This inspiring morning is filled with stories of health, hope, and healing—directly from those whose lives have been transformed by our programs.

WXII’s Lanie Pope will interview Paul C. about his remarkable journey from 39 years of drug use to a life renewed by faith. When his family could no longer support him, Paul turned to Samaritan Ministries where volunteers and staff walked with him to help rebuild his life. He says God put people in his path at just the right time to speak truth and move him in a new direction. Now 66, Paul is 14 years clean and sober, works part-time, and wants to earn his GED. His story is one of hope, grace, and transformation.

The Impact:

Just like Paul, others find healing at Samaritan Ministries. Every day and night of the year, we provide:

Critical meals for men, women, and children who are hungry — 128,469 meals in 2024.
Safe shelter for men who do not have a home — 468 men served in 2024.
Education and long-term support for addiction recovery through Project Cornerstone.
